By using Synthesis Life Insurance, Inc (SLI) as your life insurance broker to acquire your life insurance contract you understand that you will not be receiving any tax or monetary benefit from the charitable activity of SLI or from SLI itself. You further understand that the charitable activity of SLI is entirely independent of the business practices of the life insurance company you choose to contract with and is also independent of any contract provisions of the policy you purchase.
